• Maintain access to platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager)

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• You own your business’s intellectual property

• We retain the rights to any proprietary tools or templates we use

5. Confidentiality

We will not disclose confidential information provided by you, except as required by law or agreed upon in writing.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, according to the termination clause in the service agreement.

7. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., ROI, rankings), though we strive for high performance. Marketing results vary based on market conditions, platform behavior, and your business inputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Media Mix Ninja is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Dakota, USA.
